Step seventeen: crush your black pepper and add one teaspoon depending on how you want the taste.
Step eighteen: mix it with the corn kernel very well.

Step nineteen: add the rice in part at this stage and stir after each addition to mix well.
Step twenty: add another part of the rice, season with salt but should be small since the soy sauce already contains salt. Mix the rice well.
Step twenty-one: add 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onion greens to the rice.
Step twenty-two: add one teaspoon of rice vinegar or sweet rice mirin. You can use regular white vinegar in the absence of the special ones mentioned. You can as well ignore adding vinegar but stir gently.
