Key Responsibilities
- Proper and effective sorting and packing of fruits
- Carefully and efficient picking and harvesting of row and orchard crops
- Proper operation and maintenance of farm tools
- Cultivation and irrigation of crops
- Loading of harvested fruits and veggies to trucks
- Provide daily progress report of the farm
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the supervisor
