Key Responsibilities
- Friendly and positive greeting and welcoming of guests to the hotel
- Provide timely response to guests requests and queries
- Effective management of booking and assigning of rooms to guests
- Relay guests request to the appropriate section
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies and protocols
- Perform all other designated tasks accordingly
