TRAINING:
The Hartford provides 5 weeks of paid training.
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Post-Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer customer questions about disability and leave claims
- Initiate claims
- Provide customer service
- Document claim information
- Work across multiple computer applications
- Help customers use digital self-service options
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or related background
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
