This role supports mental health providers who use the Tava Health platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build relationships with healthcare providers
- Conduct provider check-ins by email, phone, and video
- Help providers grow and manage their practices
- Help providers use Tava’s platform and features
- Answer or route credentialing, insurance, and billing questions
- Track provider interactions in HubSpot
- Identify providers who may be disengaging
- Help providers with scheduling, billing, and other platform tools
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using CRM and collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software
- Proactive and organized
- Interest in healthcare, mental health, or customer success is a plus
- Coachable and willing to learn
